Check for extra spaces
Look closely at the username and server link. Some apps add spaces by themselves, especially after dots. Delete any spaces.

Match capital letters
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Type them exactly as in our email.

Include the full server link
The server link must include the part at the start (http://) and the port number at the end.

Check your subscription
If your plan or trial has expired, the login stops working. Renew, or contact us to check.
