One channel shows a black screen
Most channels play, but one won't load.

Try another channel
If other channels play fine, your login and internet are working. Individual channels occasionally go down for a short time.

Switch to another version
Many channels appear more than once in the list, in HD and 4K. Try another version of the same channel.

Clear the app's cache
On Android boxes and Firesticks, go to Settings → Apps, pick your IPTV app and choose Clear cache. Then reopen the app.

Check back later or tell us
If the channel is still black after an hour or two, send us the channel name so our team can check it.
