Test the speed on the device itself
IPTV needs at least 30 Mbps reaching your TV or box — not just your phone. Open the browser on that device, go to fast.com and check the result.

Use a cable if you can
Connect the TV or box to your router with an Ethernet cable. Condo and apartment Wi-Fi is often the real cause of buffering.

Restart everything
Turn off your router and your device for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.

Try a recommended app

Check your device
Old boxes, older MAG models and some sticks don't have enough memory for thousands of channels in 4K. Try an HD channel, or upgrade to a box like the XTV Air Pro.
