Give it a few minutes
The first time you sign in, the TV guide downloads after the channels. Leave the app open for a few minutes.

Refresh the guide
In your app's settings, look for the option to update or reload the TV guide (sometimes called EPG) and run it.

Check the date and time
If your device's date, time or time zone is wrong, the guide can look empty. Set it to Eastern Time, or automatic.
